Pilots, baggage handlers, cabin crew, and gate agents: every KLM employee interacts with HR during their 'employee journey'. As a UX designer in the Data & Technology HR department, I designed the interface for the new employee platform MyKLM, where all 32,000+ KLM employees can effortlessly manage their HR matters quickly, easily, and independently.
